Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Cathereum.Tech is an Ethereum-native ecosystem. Today it runs a website for the Cathereum Genesis collection, a mint list registration flow, a mint allocation checker, and an interface to the Genesis mint on Ethereum. There is no account and no password. This policy covers the data we hold off-chain, which is what you give us when you register for the mint list.

If anything on this page differs from how the site behaves, treat it as a bug and tell us at [email protected].

01

Who operates this site

Cathereum is run by the Cathereum team ("Cathereum", "we", "us"). An operating entity has not yet been publicly named. Until it is, this policy cannot name a legal entity, a registered address, a data protection officer or an EU representative. When an operating entity exists, its name and country will be stated here.

Under EU and UK data protection law, some of your rights depend on who the controller is and where it is established. In the meantime, a message to [email protected] reaches the people who hold the data and can delete it.

02

Short version

What we collect
Your wallet address, your X account (username and account ID), your Telegram username if you verify the Telegram step, the result of each registration task, a registration ID, and the time you registered.
What we never ask for
No email address, no private key, no seed phrase, no identity document. We never hold your funds.
No sale, no advertising
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who sees it
The Cathereum team, and the service providers that host the site and its database.
03

What registration collects

Getting on the mint list takes six steps: connect a wallet, connect X, follow @CathereumTech on X, interact with our post on X, join the Cathereum Telegram channel, and submit. Each step stores only what it needs.

Wallet address
Required. It is the address your mint allocation is attached to. A wallet address is public on Ethereum, but held next to a social account it can identify a person, so we treat it as personal data. One address can register once.
Wallet signature
We may ask you to sign a message to prove you control the address. It is a free off-chain signature. It cannot move funds or approve spending.
X account
When you connect X, we receive your X username and account ID through X's sign-in. We use that access to check that you follow @CathereumTech and interacted with our post. We do not post, like or follow on your behalf.
Telegram username
If the Telegram step is verified, we store the Telegram username used to join @CathereumTech.
Task results
Whether each step was completed and when.
Registration ID
A reference generated for your entry and shown on your confirmation and mint ticket. It is not derived from your wallet or your handles.
Technical data
Like any web service, our servers and hosting provider process your IP address and basic request data to deliver the site and to block automated or abusive registrations.
04

The allocation checker and mint tickets

The allocation checker accepts any wallet address. It returns whether that address is registered and which allocation it has (GTD, FCFS, Public, or none yet), along with the mint details for that allocation.

Because there is no login, anyone who knows your wallet address can check its allocation. The checker never returns your X or Telegram username.

A mint ticket is an image generated in your browser from your allocation result. Downloading it or sharing it on X is your choice. If you share it, it becomes public, together with anything shown on it, such as a shortened wallet address and your registration ID.

05

On-chain activity is not covered by this policy

Minting, holding and transferring Cathereum NFTs and $GCAT, swaps, burns, RWA reward claims and referral relationships are recorded on Ethereum, permanently and publicly. We do not control that record, we cannot edit or delete it, and a deletion request to us has no effect on it.

The interface reads that public data to show balances, prices and rewards. Connecting a wallet to the interface to view or trade does not register you for anything.

06

What we do not collect

We do not collect email addresses, names, postal addresses or identity documents. We never see your private key or seed phrase, and no one from Cathereum will ever ask for them. We do not build a profile of you.

07

How we use it

Running the mint list
Recording your registration, verifying the tasks, and keeping the list.
Assigning allocations
Deciding and storing the mint allocation for each wallet, and showing it in the allocation checker.
Running the mint
Letting the mint contract and interface recognise the allocation attached to your wallet.
Getting in touch
Posting updates on X and in the Telegram channel. We may reply to you on X or Telegram if you contact us there.
Stopping abuse
Detecting duplicate, automated or fake registrations, and removing them.
Legal compliance
Meeting a legal obligation that applies to us.
08

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. These are the only other parties involved.

Hosting providers
The site and the database run on infrastructure we rent. The provider stores data on our behalf, and its server logs contain IP addresses and request times.
Wallet and RPC providers
Your wallet software and the RPC endpoint the interface uses see the requests your browser makes, including your IP address and the addresses being queried.
X and Telegram
Connecting X or joining Telegram happens on their services, under their own privacy policies. We do not send them your mint list data.
Legal obligations
We may disclose data where we are required to by law, regulation or valid legal process.
With your consent
Any other sharing happens only if you agree to it first.
09

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.

The site uses local storage in your browser to remember things like your connected wallet and the state of your registration steps. That data stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

10

How it is protected

Access to the mint list database is limited to the Cathereum team. We use access controls and rate limits to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that your data will never be exposed.

11

How long we keep it

We keep mint list entries for as long as the Genesis mint and its records are needed, or until you ask us to delete yours. Deleting an entry before the mint may remove your allocation.

If Cathereum is ever acquired or reorganised, we will update this page before any transfer of data.

12

Your rights, and how to use them

Email [email protected], quote the wallet address or the X username you registered with, and say what you want: a copy of your entry, a correction, or deletion.

We may ask you to prove control of the wallet or the account first, for example by signing a message or messaging us from that X account. If we cannot verify you, we may refuse, because acting on an unverified request would itself be a privacy failure.

Deleting off-chain data changes nothing recorded on-chain.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data, and to complain to your national supervisory authority.

14

Age requirements

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to register or to use the interface. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age. If you believe a minor has registered, contact [email protected] and we will delete the entry.

15

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. We hold no email address for you, so we cannot notify you individually. If a change would materially widen what we do with data already collected, we will ask for consent again.

16

Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to [email protected]. Our Terms of Service explain what registration, allocations and the mint do and do not give you.
